In September 2022, my husband booked and paid by credit card for 2 rooms for November 2022 When we arrived at the rooms in November, I was asked to pay and did as I assumed that our previous payment had not been processed. However, upon checking our credit card statement, I discovered we had paid in September and paid again for the same booking in November. I phoned the owner, Susan, who said she would look into it. Over the next few months, I have sent multiple emails with attached evidence and called several times. She has not responded. I am now lodging a complaint with the relevant government department. I advise all guests to be very wary
