I absolutely love the place any time I'm anywhere near here I stay there and always had an awesome experience. They rooms are always immaculate they breakfast is good and they have a very friendly staff. Because I'm in a whole other state from my parents I travel to Mansfield often so I'm glad I found a nice clean hotel in their city..........kudos to you guys

This is a decent hotel in a very small town. The rooms were overall clean. There are lots of contractors (men with big trucks working in the town) and they apparently stay at this hotel because of the trucks In the parking lot and hotel activity. They were not noisy or anything like that but they are there. With that, the walls need to be painted as it looks very worn. Other than that it was quiet, I felt safe, and check in people were always friendly. Parking is free and there is continental breakfast for us on the go people.

I can’t say enough about their marvelous customer service. I mistakenly made a reservation at Mansfield, Tx but thought it was at Mansfield, Louisiana. Tequila, who was at the Mansfield La desk, not only found me a room but canceled the wrong one in Texas—at no charge for late cancellation. When I mentioned I was glad the breakfast started earlier, she laughed and said they had some guys who were working the oil fields so they put out food at 4:30 am. Those guys need a good hot breakfast. The manager is really helpful and is so proud of her employees. Just a great experience!

Cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel. There are food crumbs and trash all over the floors in rooms as well as hallway. The bathroom look to just be wiped down and not scrubbed properly, trash is only taken out every other day it seems. The beds are just thrown together with no attention to detail and sheets look grimy as if they are not washed correctly. Management as well as the staff seem to not care how dirty there hotel looks.

My entire family in town to lay my mother to rest. We were treated like royalty through our stay. The manager is amazing and the staff is unmatched. I could not recommend them enough. They made a tough time easier for is all.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast bar was very good. Would definitely stay here again. Coffee was excellent. Social distancing and masks were in use which made everything safe. Hand sanitizer was available throughout

We found this hotel to be very clean, comfortable and quiet. After a long day on the road and higher prices in the Shreveport area, we found this hotel to be affordable. When pulling into the hotel, the parking lot was full and well lit, which I felt was a good sign. Rooms were comfortable and looked to be recently repainted. Beds were comfortable and both of us had a good nights sleep. Breakfast varies on covid restrictions at each Comfort Inns so we planned on that ahead of time. When we arrived at this hotel there are only a few restaurants around the hotel that we open but we found sandwiches & salads at a large grocery store a couple blocks away. Would stay here again if in the area.
