Hotel is 3 stars and it was very good for a 3 star hotel. Nice, big, clean and comfortable rooms. All personnel was nice and helpful at all times. Restaurant is good, decent priced.

Staff was very nice. Close to everything and the apartment option was great for our mixed group. Kitchen cookware was not usable, but otherwise all was clean. Staff was great. They helped us book a Catamaran Tour and let us have late check-out to shower after our trip.

Amazing property. Staff are amazing and the quality of the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is absolutely spot on. Would most definitely come back. It’s a beautiful property so close to everything in Manuel Antonio

Rooms are nestled in trees, saw squirrel monkeys near our room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food is quite good. City bus stops nearby to go to the beach or other restaurants, and is inexpensive, and there are restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The Falls Resort is on a beautiful property with a nice pool area, restaurant and bar. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were a bit dated and being in the rain forest there is a bug issue, but I'm sure that can't be helped and every place would have that issue. There are also a variety of animals on the property; monkeys, lizards, agoutis, etc, which we loved seeing! We did really like it and would definitely stay again.

Excellent!!!!
Wonderful first time in CR and could not have chosen a better place. The staff were AMAZING and we experienced so much in the little community right there! Love this place and would recommend to anyone who asks!!!
