Overall, it's pretty good and offers excellent value for money. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old-fashioned, but everything else is fine.

Environment: The surroundings are beautiful. Service: The service is very warm, and there are staff members who speak Chinese. Facilities: The facilities are very complete, the hotel is large, and there's a pool to enjoy. The hotel restaurant's food tastes good, and the staff are responsible.

Excellent resort. Very large, with 3 fantastic swimming pools, bar, restaurant, mini golf, pedal karts, and many activities to do within the resort. The location is good, only 10 minutes from the center by car. Tidy and clean rooms, with cool air conditioning that helps with the hot Cairns weather. We would definitely return.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and clearly recently renovated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage safely in a locked baggage room. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with clean and very attractive pool areas surrounded by lush plants. In the early evening, you can even see fruit bats flying over the property, which adds a special touch to the atmosphere. The hotel is a bit further away from the city centre, but only 15min from the airport.

Since we stayed for multiple nights, different housekeeping staff cleaned our room each day. Some were very responsible and thorough, while others were a bit sloppy. The facilities are a bit old, but everything else was great. The environment is absolutely beautiful, and with several swimming pools, the kids had a fantastic time. Overall, it was still quite good.

Nice place to stay, a little bit far from the ferry terminal for the tours but you can enjoy the big resort.

I’m satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The territory is really huge, there are swimming pools, it wasn’t easy to enjoy swimming as there were lots of kids, but in general everything was fine.

This place is great for families with kids, boasting a playground, a swimming pool, and a restaurant. Our children had an absolute blast! The room facilities were a bit cramped and basic, and transportation was limited to taxis. However, we were generally satisfied with our stay and would recommend it.

Had a wonderfull stay at the colonial club, a bit far from Cairns city center. Like an hour walk or a few minutes by Uber. During my time mostly families. Didn’t meet other solo travelers. But in general a really good stay, friendly staff, clean and very good value for price. Would visit here again.

The hotel has many rooms and no attention to good service. We had expired milk provided by the hotel in our fridge. 2 weeks expired and kids drank it. I checked after 1 kids claimed on stomach pain. O

The food in the restaurant and the swimming pool was great. However, there is no lift and we need to get d luggage by ourselves and no place to hang our swimsuit. We can hear clearly when other hotel guest walk along the way.

nice resort for relaxing. nice staff, just not near to the centre. but overall is nice!
