看了網上對小小家庭賓館的高分評價後，直接下單入住。果然入住體驗很好。最好的感受是小小賓館方方面面的衞生整潔，就連公共衞浴都沒有異味，這是很難得的。房東美女服務熱情周到，有求必應。地理位置很好。吃飯交通都很便利。性價比很高。值得再次入住。

地理位置特別棒，出門就是繁華區，中央步行街都在附近，公交出行便利，下面就有餐飲一條街，燒烤火鍋想吃什麼都有，老闆娘人好，很用心呀，還幫我升級住房！房間乾淨整齊，沒有異味，床品乾淨！下次來還選這裏，推薦入住！五星好評！

一人出行本打算住青旅，看到這家評分更高，都説乾淨，就定這裏，果然衞生做的特別好，犄角旮旯都很乾凈，淡季老闆還給升級了房間，好評，出門在外住宿最看重的就是衞生了，這裏雖然老小區但位置好，收拾的乾淨温馨，樓下有個市場很接地氣，有家捲餅很好吃，對面就是中蘇街，住這裏性價比很高

房間衞生很好老闆娘很勤快，客人走後都要打掃衞生連客人穿的拖鞋都要清浩一遍，環境很好一齣小區大門就是熱鬧的步行街，我住宿了半個月感覺老闆娘很善良服務態度好，往宿也不貴不象有些旅店看到旅遊旺季，住宿費翻兒倍象這種旅遊旺季不亂漲價的機本上少，但這個老闆娘基本上有良好的心態基本上沒有亂漲價，難得可貴特別是客户有那些困難他都儘量解決，我如果今後在到滿州里來首先就是首選這家小小家庭賓館。

地理位置好，就在中俄步行街旁邊。衞生乾淨。老闆娘服務態度好。距公交站點近。樓下就有一個小市場，水果小吃等都有。性價比超高。

7月8月旅遊旺季房價飆升供不應求，沒想到還能臨時在滿洲里找到這麼實惠的民宿。位置就在最繁華的中蘇金街，樓下是居民區菜市場，早午晚飯都能輕鬆搞定。老闆娘人特別實在，把自己家屋子收拾得乾乾淨淨，住得舒舒服服。以後再來滿洲里咱也有熟人了！

2個三人間我選的是拉門三人間，空間大，這家店真的很乾凈，位置真好，就在市中心，樓下都是美食啊！拍夜景也在樓下！
