The location of the hotel is about 2 kilometers away from the Sino-Russian Golden Street (prosperous area)~ There are parking spaces in front of the door and in the backyard. 服務整體不錯，因為是友誼旗下的，所以信用比較好，設施齊全，就是設備有點老舊，浴缸有兩個洞，水龍頭一碰就掉下來了，要再安回去，取電卡不太好取電，但是因為設備齊全，性價比很高，整體還是可以的

體驗極差，尤其六樓，房間臟，滿地蟲，房頂版也掉，白天沒熱水，服務差，隔音巨差，六樓有辦公區，從早到晚一直開關聲音巨大，説了也沒人注意。
