I took my parents to Maoxian for a five-night summer getaway. Overall, the experience was quite good. We chose the newly opened All Seasons Hotel, adhering to the principle of staying in a new hotel over an old one. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, with free drinking water available daily. The breakfast was also quite good (though not much changed over the five consecutive days). Although the proximity to the national highway can be a bit noisy during the day, the sleep was fine.

The service is super excellent. Laoban helped us to find a rental car with a driver so we could make a smooth trip from Jiuzhaigou to Maoxian. It also helped us to book a shared van from the hotel to Maoxian station, and waited together with us to make sure that we got picked up. The hotel itself is new and clean. We slept very well during the stay. The location is not that bad. You can walk to apartment area where you can find restaurants and convenience stores, but it is a bit far from the downtown area by walk.
