I booked online and my flight was delayed, I asked them to get me a refund bc i wasn’t gonna be able to get there and i explained the situation and they don’t refund me not even half of how much I paid, they deny the cancellation or a free refund due to this problem that I had, they just kept the money and I never used the room. Do not book with them in the future bc this is not fair at all, lose all the money bc they refuse to give u a refund or half of the price at least I think is not worth it.

Most horrible service! They scam you! Be careful when you pay your deposit make sure you check the room after you check out because they make up **** and say ur room smells like cigarettes even if it isn’t and charge you. I’ve had another person at the reception complain about something. When ask for proof the manager says she doesn’t need to show proof. Horrible

Good budget motel

I don’t like the fact that the front desk people are rude they wasn’t trying to give me any lines to clean my room they never checked to see if everything was ok just poor communication

I didn’t stay here the room was filthy with stains and hair on the bed as if it was never cleaned. A few small roaches as well. Will not stay here again.

I had 3 different rooms they only put 1 towel and washcloth in the room. The first two rooms had no heat, the next room had heat but the sink was leaking. I feel like if they would have given me another room there would have been a problem with that Lalso.
