The place was nice comfortable, the guy at reception is really nice and helpful. Location if you're looking to be in the downtown hustle and bustle area is key. The only bad experience was the cleaning stuff searching through my stuff and making it obvious that someone was looking for cash coz my passport was not taken, so if management can address this with the cleaning team.

Well located, the best without a doubt, with attentive staff and a large comfortable bed., The bathroom is just right, with the essentials, very small but functional.

It is highly not recommended to stay here. The facilities and sanitation are extremely poor, and the service is very bad. There are bugs on the bed, and the smell is very strong. The communication with the hotel was not good at all. We booked it last minute because of the airport shuttle. The hotel was not willing to pick us up from the airport. The condition of the hotel was not great and it seemed like it was still under construction. The room was okay, on the smaller side compared to what I expected. The bathroom was not in a good state/condition, seemed unfinished and very small. The bedroom was also not up to standard. The linen was dirty and had various and numerous stains. My brother and I decided to sleep on top of the bed linen as it was not clean enough to sleep under the bed linen. When we went for the “breakfast”, it was in a very small room and did not look clean at all. The hygiene could have been a lot better. The cups were not clean and I noticed a few flies as well. There was no menu for breakfast and when we asked what was for breakfast, there was very little to offer.
Overall, the communication from the hotel could have been a lot better.
