I want to say the company from ortegal hotel is a scam to tourists, i order ortegal i arrived to mar de plata and the hotel was close they send me to Argentino hotel that is a sisters of ortegal to i will review Argentino hotel, the worst experiences i ever had in my life, i went to mar de plata to celebrate my 20 year of breast cancer survivor and i arrived to the hotel the nasty place was full of mold in roof, wall, and room super dirty , customer services the worst to fix a issues, the 1st night they open my room and stole 800 dollars ,clothing and a bath sponges and they laughed to my face that they are not responsible if u lose something from your room, this argentino hotel should be close up completely is not safe for anyone to enter there. And should have better costumer services. We pay in dollars not pesos they know we were from usa that why they scam us. People be awarded of this company that represent ortegal, and argentino hotel .my lost your gain in experience .

Estuve hospedada en el hotel con una amiga. La habitación era muy cómoda y los colchones también. El desayuno era buffet y había gran variedad para elegir. Ya habíamos estado en diciembre del 2022 y volvimos porque nos gustó el lugar y la atención.

Fue una experiencia lamentable...la primer noche solicitamos ayuda a la conserjería porque el aire no andaba...hacía mucho calor y la habitación cero ventilación...cuando regresamos a la noche todo seguía sin solucion****...nos ayudó el encargado del turno noche que desconocía nuestro problema.Nos mudaron a una habitación sin armar...más precaria que la que habiamos pagado pero con aire...los otros tres dias nos cambiaron a esa.La atención del personal que brinda el desayuno deja mucho que desear...muy mal modo...al punto que ya no sabíamos como pedirle agua para el mate (el dispenser no funcionaba por la demanda) porque se molestaban y te contestaban de forma muy despectiva.Se lo hicimos saber de la mejor manera posible y nada cambió.Jamas nos pidieron disculpas y realmente nos sentimos muy incómodos.No gasten el dinero en ese hotel.Pesima experiencia

Al haber Previaje nos cobraron el doble la habitación. Nos dimos cuenta cuando ingresamos. El valor no condice con lo que pagamos. Nos sentimos estafados. En primero lugar nosotros elegimos otro hotel de la misma cadena y nos cambiaron unos días antes a este porque tenían egresados. Habitaciones sin mantenimiento. Hicimos el reclamo y no les importo. La bacha del baño rota, puertas sin mantenimiento, alfombras sucias. Nunca vimos algo semejante. El desayuno pobre. La verdad una desepcion. No llega ni a 3 estrellas.

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad de las habitaciones, son de 2x2 con suerte y si no sos flaco sufrís caminar en ella. Nos toco una que da a un pulmón muy ruidoso. Habíamos visto que tenía buen wifi pero se corta constantemente. Por los ruidos pedí que nos cambien y ya no tenían espacio nos dijeron. La tele tenía rayas azules (eso si lo cambiaron). No tiene más que una cama y baño, no esperes minibar, caja fuerte o un aire acondicionado de este siglo. El desayuno mediocre, medialunas duras y un café no muy rico. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en el resto de las habitaciones. No volvería ni regalado.

Execelente hotel. Habitacion doble superior muy espaciosa. Tiene eladerita. Te la dejan vacía a total fisposicion para que le pongas dentro lo que gustes. Muy buen detalle. El desayuno completo y muy bueno (detalle positivo para hotel 3 estrellas: salchichas y huevos revueltos para desayuno). Pero lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal. Execente las chicas y chicos de recepcion. Igual personal de comedor. Super recomendable.
