Rooms were clean, parking was horrible
Roosters are in back and front of units and started crowing at 1:30am and keep you up
Through out the early hours terrible sleep

My feet were black when no shoes were worn. I was told many times that coffee was going to be served at the dock and both mornings there was nobody there with coffee. The bed was ok but the fridge froze everything

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Kingsail in marathon.
I would suggest the wooden spoon over the road for breakfast.

This was a terrible experience - do not book here. I was given a room that required me to try to drag my bag over a large gravel space IN THE DARK down by the water. I was literally stumbling and falling and super scared as a single female in an unfamiliar environment where I couldn’t see because there were no lights. Awful.
The only bright side of this property was the employee at check-in desk. She was kind and thoughtful and I would gladly hire her to work for my business. Terrific service.

I really liked this place. We were looking for a room with a kitchenette, so we chose this one. It's not a fancy urban hotel, but it is nice and clean. We were able to park on site near our room. There is a pool & dock. It is on a busy main road, but we didn't have to walk far to be on a quieter walking route. The room was spacious; the bathroom was tiny, but sufficient. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai. I would stay here again.

The view was great and the staff very friendly. The only issue we had was no closet or hanging racks for clothes and no cabinets in the bathroom for toiletries.
