We stayed for three days in this Pousada and had a great time. Aline gave us many tips to spend the day, and helped us booking wonderful experiences. The natural pool of Taipu de Fora is great for snorkeling when it is low tide. One can see a few coral fishes, and the water is warm, so one hour exploring passes really fast. We booked a quadricycle for a day and visited Lagoa Azul, the Giant Bromelias, Cassange beach, Taipu de Dentro, Mutá beach and Barra Grande. The next day we booked a speedboat and explored the islands and Tremembe waterfall. The grounds of the pousada are very green with many fruit trees and many places to relax. The breakfast had many cakes, fruits and we always order a lovely tapioca. It gets very dark at night, but Taipu de Fora is very safe (the locals say that it is because the road has so many holes, that a criminal would not have time to leave, before being catched by the police). Thank you for everything!

The girls who work there are amazing.

Excelente location and service, friendly people that help our choices among fantastic places to see! Food is wonderfull, good fish and shrimp. D'ont forget do dive on the beach. I intend to come back!

Pousada com excelente café da manha, quarto de muito bom gosto com decoração muito bonita. César foi muito atencioso, muito solícito, pousada fica a metros da praia mais bonita de Maraú. Indico, recomendo e convicto de que na Velas e Vento a estadia foi perfeita.

Chegamos na pousada por volta das 11h30 da manhã e o check in iniciava as 14h. Quando chegamos fomos recepcionadas com: o seu check in é as 14h! (Nem bom dia) A pousada diz ser a beira mar e não é! Fica há 100/200 metros do mar.. A piscina estava suja, bem como as áreas comuns, as espreguiçadeiras molhadas (de água parada). O quarto muito escuro, empoeirado e com teia de aranha no banheiro! A pousada não oferece nem almoço e nem janta, então para comer você precisa se deslocar a pé se não vier de carro (o nosso caso)! E minha amiga com problema de joelho teve que caminhar 800 M em areia fofa (pois não é asfaltado) até chegarmos no restaurante mais próximo!

Ficamos 5 dias nesta simpática e agradável pousada, muito próxima da Praia de Taipú de Fora - Maraú/BA. Os proprietários Aline e Paulo são igualmente muito simpáticos e sempre pra cima. Conhecem tudo da região e dão ótimas dicas. Aliás, passeios fantásticos. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Recomendo a quem for visitar a região. Valeu!!

Agradecimentos aos proprietários e aos funcionários da pousada Ventos e velas onde cada cantinho parece ter recebido um cuidado especial. A localização é a melhor da praia em frente às piscinas naturais. O café da manhã muito gostoso com o melhor suco de cacau e queijadinha da região.
