Terrible: Was way too expensive for what it was! All of the doors and draws of the cupboard were broken, it did not really look like the photos at all. There were mod in the shower, you can even watch the tv because the half of the tv was covered by tall dresser; we can’t even walk in the room, the air conditioning is not working properly. Really was not worth the $290 I spent there, I have to booked another hotel to stay that is really new, pretty, cleaned and much nicer for a lot less. Its really sad to have this type of hotel with this terrible conditions and service in this amazing area.

Located just a few minutes walk from the beach in the centre of Marbella. Otherwise, it is surprisingly quiet for sleeping, and that is the best thing I found. The rooms are very very small, there is no 24-hour reception, nor a complimentary water in the fridge... much room for improvement

The reception is supposed to be open until 18:00. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. and no one was there. After 25 calls to the contact phone number and 1 hour of waiting, they pick up the phone and tell me that they will be there in two minutes: I spend another half hour. When the receptionist finally arrives, she gives me a key and when I enter the room I find two suitcases, a wallet, a watch…the room was occupied…often a disaster and disorganization.
