Amazing resort in the perfect location! The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for an amazing meal don’t pass up on dinner at ERRE! The flavor combinations and plating are Michelin star quality.

We enjoyed a most fabulously luxurious stay for 7 nights in a sea view red level room which was v well appointed and comfortable. The hotel offers lots of lovely areas to relax, the poolside is idyllic with cabanas and plenty of loungers and the pool guy looked after us at all times. In fact all the staff provided truly excellent service, friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and breakfast the best we have ever experienced. Red level worked well for us, taking lunch and drinks when required and would certainly do this again. We would not hesitate to return here which we hope to do really soon

Our trip to Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá in Marbella, Spain was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise. The warm welcome we received set the tone for our entire stay – the staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is unbeatable, nestled along the beautiful Mediterranean coastline. Being right in the heart of Marbella meant that we were close to all the action – from the vibrant city center to the stunning beaches and iconic old city. The premium room with a front sea view was pure luxury. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had amazing views of both the sea and the lush gardens. The bathroom had both a soaking tub as well as a shower, all modern, clean, and very fresh. The breakfast at the hotel showcased why this hotel rates as five stars - they had everything from delicious mediterranean dishes to omelettes and eggs Benedict’s served by chefs in front of your eyes. The hotel's facilities were top-notch too. The outdoor pool area was a real highlight, surrounded by beautiful lush gardens – it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. A special shoutout to Isabel at customer experience, who arranged balloons and a birthday cake for our son – it was such a thoughtful touch. With its luxurious accommodations, amazing dining options, impeccable facilities, and exceptional service, it truly exceeded all our expectations. We can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!

I stay in melia Don pepe a few times every year .I just can't say enough about this beautiful hotel and the team . They will always treat there guests like royalty. All the management and team are so wonderful and kind. Every time I visit melia done I bring new members of my family and they say they are blown away by this stunning 5 star paradise. When you go down for breakfast they show such kindness. They simply can't do enough for you. Food is amazing in there restaurants. The bar has such fantastic atmosphere. The rooms looking at sea and ships in morning is breathtaking. Evertime I visit melia done pepe they have beautiful little gift in your room I want to thanks every member of the melia done pepe team for your warm welcome. See you again in a few months. This hotel is absolutely stunning! The facilities are top-notch, especially the expansive garden and pool area, perfect for both relaxation and family fun. The kids club staff is very friendly, providing ample space and activities like table tennis, little volleyball area, football and lots of more. Plus, the breakfast offers a delightful variety, served by attentive and welcoming staff. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel experience! A big shoutout to Mr. Abel Lopez for going above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. His exceptional service made our experience at the hotel extra special.

just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. it certainly lives up to its 5 star rating. we went with friends and family and all agreed the hotel goes above what we expected. the position of the hotel and the gardens, along with the excellent staff, the managers noelia, abel elvie and pool concierge raul and all the restaurant staff in breakfast. keep up the good work see you next month.

This is a lovely hotel with an exclusive feel. Perfect location with a fabulous pool and fabulous restaurant. The rooms are really good and the red level is exceptional value for money. This was the fourth time I have stayed here and it won’t be the last.

The last time I visited this hotel was in March 2009 and it was then outstanding in all areas . Since then there have been many additions and renovations which have made it even more outstanding. The Red Level Rooms are worth the extra rate with wonderful facilities especially the bathrooms and walk in showers and of course the sea view. The buffet breakfasts offer an extensive wide choice with excellent service. The service in all hotel areas is also excellent and staff are so helpful. Anna at guest reception in Red Level was more than helpful as were her colleagues at breakfast reception. I will certainly be returning. The spa and indoor pool give you the opportunity to totally relax.
