Fully renovated with all high end finishings, quartzite counters, marble bath, and large center island. An oasis to relax and enjoy beautiful Marco Island. You can walk to the beach, and to several restaurants and shops. Our unit includes two separate bedrooms: A master with king bed and another with a twin bed, providing accommodations for three people to sleep in beds. An additional person can be accommodates on the sofa in the living area. It is not a sleep sofa but can be made upas a twin bed.The property includes a heated swimming pool, tennis court, gas grill area on property with outdoor seating and laundry on each floor.There is a dedicated parking space.
