Very quiet, low-traffic residential location, perfect for the kids! The living room has a 70" inch TV equipped with Xfinity Flex. Work station with printer for those who need to work during their stay. Each bedroom is also equipped with TV. All garage equipment is for the guest to use. You can add the pool and spa heated option for just $30 per day. We provide lots of beach items: chairs, towels, cart and beach tent. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed to cook. We provide towels and bed linens. A great home to recharge your battery and enjoy all that southwest Florida and Marco Island has to offer! Located just a short (4-5 minutes) drive to the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Short minutes from tennis park, boating & jetski rental, mini golf park, etc... Beautiful property we were fortunate to call home and I wished we stayed longer than just two nights. Spacious, clean, comfortable, it had everything you would desire in a house. Our family enjoyed eating outside by the pool and just chilling after a long day at the beach. We hope to come back and stay here again.
