Very friendly welcome. Room with a view. Close to many facilities ie bottle shop seven 11 Dinner at restaurant only disappointment as over priced and very underwhelming.

Unfortunately wouldn't recommend, room was so requiring a refurbishment. Air con was leaking and caused wet carpet and smelly moist mouldy smell. Spider webs and soiled pillow case. Shower drain wasn't draining correctly and was backing up.
Oh ac was really loud too.
Wasn't a great location if you wanted to explore, more just beach.
Wasn't what the pics looked like online.

Pros: good view of the sea
Cons: everything apart from the view - many bugs, bad air conditioning (couldn’t even believe that it made the room very humid)
Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our stay started with having to wait over 40mins after check in time for our room to be ready. The room is not really well set up for the 3 bedrooms with only one air conditioner in the living area. The beds were not comfortable for the price you have to pay. And only having one key for 5 people was very inconvenient. Overall our experience was very poor and will definitely not be recommending to others.

The pool and easy access to the beach was the best part of the property. The staff members that was meant to tell us where everything was and how to find our room was not interested in doing so once we said we weren’t interested in the timeshare meeting. The room was not cleaned very well and there wasn’t any air conditioning in the bedroom and the amenities in the room weren’t very modern at all. Very disappointed.

A very relaxing holiday destionation! Great location. Fantastic pool. Clean apartment. We stayed 3 nights but it felt like we were there longer (in a good way).
Not too happy about the hard sell by a staff member at check in to attend a meeting to find out about the hotel's rewards program, otherwise I would have rated 'staff and service' higher.

This unit needs a good clean(back of entry door covered in dirty fingerprints, etc and repaint. No pictures on the walls. Aircon very rusted on top. This particular unit is also very noisy with street noise, maybe double glazing would be appropriate and that would also help with having to have blinds down most of the time due to people being able to look in from the footpath and street.
