Bonjour
Garden City Lyon Marcy est situé sur un carrefour où la circulation n’arrête pas jour et nuit même les fenêtres fermées on entends les véhicules surtout la nuit les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus manque de lumière la nuit pour accéder aux bâtiments la literie est trop dure et le mobilier (table canapé en particulier sont à remplacer)
Conclusion les locations sont spacieuses en volumes mais elles demandent à être sérieusement renouvelées pour le confort intérieur

Old building. Lack of maintenance. Dirty sheets. It does not have air conditioning. Mold in the showers and dirt in the kitchen.
There is still work to be done to bring it up to date.
Thank God, we only stay 2 nights there.

We enjoyed our stay there, it was clean and very big apartment. The only issue we had it was the heat, there is no air conditioning or fan there , although it was 36 degrees that day.
The second issue was the swimming pool, the kids went at its opening time 9am to enjoy it before we start our day, but it was filthy.

50% of the bulbs are dead, an electrical outlet detached from the wall, the wrong TV remote control, no shower curtain, the microwave caught fire and hello to cobwebs... response from reception: we are waiting for customers to report problems to us!
the complex deserves a lot of maintenance and a much more rigorous check of the rooms. The only interest for me is 5 minutes from my client!

Appartement d'une belle surface et lumineux. Dommage qu'un précédent locataire n'est pas signalé qu'il avait fait dormir son chien sur la couverture qui était du coup sale et pleine de poils. L'os à moelle retrouvé sous le canapé l'a trahi !!!
