A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃

Booked 3 twin rooms for 6 people, at the hotel reception they didn't know about this. It took me 3 hours to get things arranged, and they wanted to charge me extra. Breakfast is not so good, there a not many choices. Swimming pool you need to buy a cap, what kind of hospitality is this?

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The hotel is outside the old town and very quiet. The waiters at the front desk and restaurant are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is rich and colorful, and the scenery outside the restaurant is even more pleasant.

It's a clean hotel with a decent breakfast, as it lacks a lot of things. On the other hand, it's a hotel very far from everything.

It was good at first but we couldn't see anything in terms of service, for example it wasn't even a place where we could have an evening activity or a cup of tea or coffee, it was just nice to stay.

The hotel was clean and nice, but it would be difficult to get to the old city center, which is home to historical sites, without a private car.

We were very pleased.
