I've honestly never been to a hotel where the staff are so unhelpful and unfriendly! We were made so unwelcome we left and found elsewhere. Admittedly my German is not good but it was very obvious we were very unwelcome

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit tollem Ambiente mit grossem Bad, separatem WC und einem grossen Bett mit sehr bequemer Matratze. Der Rooptop- Pool bietet einen gigantischem Blick auf die Bergwelt. Das Essen- Frühstück und Abendessen war jeden Tag sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll angerichtet. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Team. Vielen Dank an das Loho-Team. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn hotel met bijzonder goede keuken. Iedere dag vier gangen. Voorgerecht bij het buffet was onvergelijkbaar met andere goede hotels waar ik geslapen heb. Veel variatie, en ieder gerecht was met liefde gemaakt. De hoofdgerechten waren iedere dag heerlijk. Ook de bediening was fijn. Heel alert en persoonlijk. De kamer was prima, vergelijkbaar met andere hotels in deze klasse. De wellness was heel uitgebreid, met grote rustruimte. Goede lokatie, 10 minuten lopend naar de Natrun lift. Wij namen vaak de skibus of auto naar Hinterthal waar je meer opties hebt. De halte van de bus is voor het hotel. We hebben hele fijne herinnering aan ons verblijf, en zouden er graag weer heen gaan.

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Oktober um ein bisschen zu Wellnessen und aus dem Alltag zu fliehen. Wir wurden total freundlich empfangen und zum Zimmer gebracht. Das Abendessen (4 Gänge Menü) war einfach ein Traum! Der Wellnessbereich oben ist neu und man kann sehr gut entspannen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!
