Das Ensana Nove Lazne in Marienbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr zentral, direkt an den Kolonaden und am Kurpark. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns in deutsch verständigen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war sehr gut und wurde teilweise ganz frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig.
Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde vorbildlich gereinigt.
Wir hatten die Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zuzubereiten. Die deutschen Fernsehprogramme hätten etwas umfangreicher sein können.
Ganz toll fanden wir das historische Bad, die tägliche Nutzung (auch die 3 Saunen und die Whirlpools im Haus) ist im Preis inklusive.

Here's a tip for visitors to the region who want a little bit of the "Spa Experience" but can't afford to stay at the wonderful Nove Lazne... The Nove Lazne hotel opens its "cures" to anyone who books up - just go to the entrance to the right of the main fron door that is tited "Balneo" and look at the prices that are clearly posted and book up a session. This year between us we tried a pedicure, a massage, a peat-mud wrap (for back acne), and a "pearl bath" (with fizzy water!) and had a lot of fun as well as a real Czech cultural experience. Most of these cost the same as a hotel restaurant dinner but were much better for us Also - If your feet are in a state after a lot of walking on your travels - the "Medical pedicure" is a wonder as all your gnarly nails and rough skin are clipped, shaved and filed away. For sheer pampering this is a hard to beat experience. The staff all speak Czech, German, and a little Russian and enough English to get by.

I am giving 4 stars because staff was using swear words when on the property talking to each other ( it was males who does maintenance work)but are are stuff and not just there for a day or two. Lots of smokers right by the front entrance and smoke goes to the guest rooms that are facing park. Dmitriy, Vanessa ,Komarek Jiri, and Milacek Filip that work up front are always a top customer care and an excellent representatives. Ostap at reservation department as well was very pleasant and professional to work with.Cleaning room lades are very friendly and good workers as those who works at the restaurant .
Separate recognition to Dmitriy who is customer care representative - he was the best , he loves what he does and he does it with care and love. The company needs to recognizer employees like that and reward . Bravo for personality, sincere kindness and fascinating knowledge and desire to share interesting facts about the spa resort with guests. Thank you Dmitriy.

Nice property, lots of holistic treatment options.
Beautiful surroundings.
Parking may be an issue despite 5 stars rating.
Also, air conditioning wasn't available and room became uncomfortable on the warm days.

This is an iconic old style Spa hotel. Perfect for those who go to enjoy the indulgence of the spa, relaxing, and various treatments. We spent 3 days over Christmas and were very happy. Rooms were large and well maintained. Beds were soft... Food was outstanding. We enjoyed the Christmas Eve buffet and Christmas night buffet which were both plentiful but also great due to the very good choices available. The Christmas Eve turkey was outstanding. Breakfasts were excellent Staff were 1st class. Wonderful stay and we would recommend without hesitation. Only negative.Parking can be tight during periods of high occupancy.

I enjoyed nice persons of the staff in the Ensana Nove Lazne Hotel like OLINA and Pilip in the Reception, and in the Royalty Restaurant OLINA, YANA, MARIA, the lady manager, the Senior manager, the old cook and also all the ladys, who clean my Suite #101. I will return, if I'm healthy in the future. Thank you very much!

Excellent hotel with excellent medical treatment. Thanks to management for such a professional staff. Especially want to mention our waitress Julia, she worked very fast, very professional, dirty dishes on our table were gone literally in minutes, she is the best. Our massager Koutecka J. was excellent, I felt rejuvenating after her professional work. Our maid Veronika kept our room in such a clean and a good order that we felt ourselves like in really 5 stars hotel. Also special thanks to the reservation department under management of Ostap Makarchuk who reserved for us room that we asked. We liked restaurant and treatments. All in all hotel deserves 5 stars. The only minor wish is to replace the old TVs in the room with the smart TVs.
