"We booked 4 nights for over 6,000. When we checked in, we were asked if we needed daily cleaning. We said yes. It was cleaned on the second day. When we came back on the third day, it was not cleaned and no clean towels were given. We went to the front desk and told them that it would be cleaned tomorrow because we didn’t ask for daily cleaning…. Then we were given clean towels. When we came back on the fourth day, it was still not cleaned. We urged them to come and cleaned it in the evening. What kind of service is this? The carpet was dirty. I could smell it the first day I entered. The price for 4 nights is not cheap. The service and facilities are not up to par. Bad review"

"The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey was a perfect stay for my bestie. The hotel is elegant and the ocean view room is refreshing. Although the room service was a little delayed, the hotel sincerely waived it. The food was the icing on the cake. Every dish was exquisite and delicious. Every moment spent with my bestie was full of laughter and left unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for travelers who seek luxury and comfort."

"Is it suitable for a short stay? The facilities are a little old, but there is a microwave and refrigerator. The beachfront location is great, and there is a restaurant next door, but there is no convenience store nearby. Unless the pharmacy next door is closed. . . I'm sorry."

"Kinney still feels like a dressed up concrete block, but has an awesome location close to the heart of Venice. Although it's not one of the spots right on the beach, those hotels are really resting on their laurels and don't operate correctly. Kinney staff are professional and actually do their jobs, you get less ”crazies” and it is extremely clean especially for Venice standards. My only complaint is that the hours of the gym seem arbitrary when it could be open 24/7. Because I only stayed for one night and checked in late, I wasn't able to get a workout in."

"Upon our check-in the reception that we got, my wife and I was very poorly attended to. Firstly the hotel receptionist who checked us in that night was very blunt, rude and had no personality at all! There was no pleasant greeting whatsoever. I felt like she was just rushing to get us in. No hospitality whatsoever. :-) Secondly, the wooden floors in the room were sticky and there was no hand soap at all by the sink. I'm writing this review so your employees can be trained efficiently to better serve travelers alike. Also, it wouldn't hurt once the rooms are ready, a supervisor needs to walk through the made-up rooms to make sure everything is ready and in place for their guests when they are ready to check in! Especially if you're going to pay for such nightly costs, it should also come with the professionalism of its advertising!"

"Good location. View from hotel is great. Do note there is a destination fee of USD10 per accomodation per night. This is excluded from the hotel accommodation which have to be paid."

"Spacious room with modern furniture and excellent bed. The bungalows have a terrace in the communal area, with little sense of privacy. Inside the room they could put a table or armchairs to make a communal area, apart from the desk. Tiny pool. We didn't have room service in 3 nights that we stayed, they made up for it with breakfast, and they give you clean towels or extra snacks, if you ask for them, but it left us with a taste of poor service and I would have preferred not to have to complain about anything. They have private parking ($32 a day), and right next to the hotel there is a public one ($7 a day), which the Americans use without hesitation; we also used it, and we didn't have any incidents, the area seems safe. In conclusion: it is a very good hotel, but we didn't find the details in the furniture or the services that make it more welcoming."

"The hotel is not far from the beach, there is no breakfast, there are slides for children playing downstairs, there is a small pier, but the room we lived did not have a bathtub, the children's room was dirty, the breakfast was ordered. The bath water was small. Hotel rooms have partial sea views."
