Also, just a 3 minute walk to the Sand Bar, which has bands, food, and drinks. Large covered area on ground floor allow plenty of area for crawfish boils, bbq, and entertaining. Living and sleeping areas are only accessible via stairs. Amenities include: full size clothes washer/dryer, High speed internet, DirecTv, Tv Antenna for local broadcast, and most streaming apps included. Central ac/heat, tank-less water heater (endless hot water), BBQ pit connected to gas supply, gas stove/oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Dual style coffee maker. Games, cards, chips for entertainment. Sleeping arrangements are 2 queen beds and a kids room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The guest room and kids room share a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs with quick access to bbq area/picnic tables. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, Tupperware, and large electric griddle. Typical spices are stocked. No smoking in camp. No large groups/gatherings. Please respect neighbors.
