Me hospedei no hotel juntamente com meu NOIVO na noite de 26/04/2025. Fui bem atendida no check-in, mas chegando no quarto vimos que o frigobar não estava abastecido. Meu noivo desceu para pegar algumas bebidas e ao ser novamente atendido na recepção ouviu a seguinte frase do recepcionista: “A noite vai ser boa hein?!”, se referindo a minha pessoa, E de pronto meu noivo respondeu a altura a falta de respeito por parte do recepcionista. Infelizmente não guardei o nome do mesmo, se não teria prazer em mencionar aqui. Guardei essa historia por 2 meses, mas como mulher, me senti extremamente ofendida e desrespeitada, pois não sou GB e tampouco me visto ou me porto como uma. E independente de quem seja, toda mulher merece ser respeitada!!! Desse modo, venho aqui expor tal situação em um hotel tal tradicional da cidade de Betim ao qual não seleciona e nem instruí seus colaboradores a respeitar seus hóspedes, principalmente mulheres. Não me hospedarei mais no mesmo e desejo que meu relato sirva para que outras mulheres não passem pelo mesmo que eu. Lamentável!

Muito bom
Gostei muito do hotel, quartos e localização.
Porém no check-in a equipe da recepção não tinha certeza da reserva. Só depois de verificar bastante que viu que estava tudo correto.
Outra coisa que pode melhorar é a climatização da área do café. Haviam 2 ar condicionados, mas só 1 funcionava e ficou muito calor.
Tirando isso foi tudo muito bom
