The hotel location is great, just in front of the train station. The only downside was the noisy pub street behind and since it is an old building, the noise insulation is limited. However, the service of the crew is impeccable and exceeded expectations. Nikki checked us in late at night and provided all that we needed. Stan was friendly and helped to sort out some miscomms. Finally Claire made the day with her recovery offer for some inconvenience.
Breakfast was nice and came with Prosecco.

The hotel is right in front of the Central Station, and I was really happy with the room view:) The breakfast had various menus, and the online check-out was convenient. I would like to re-book again in my next visit to Amsterdam!

Hotel location is great. Service was amazing. Room was nice as well. The issues we had was that our room was on the first floor which the room is literally on the ground floor when looking out the window. We had the city view so people could actually see us through the windows and it was quite noisy as well. I do recommend not to have the city view or maybe get a higher floor room. Also the light switches in the room were terrible. They have no indicators on so it took us ages to figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. It was complicated... Other than that this hotel is pretty good!

The location is closed to the central station. It’s easy to travel from and to the airport. However, there are pubs nearby, which means it can be noisy at night.
