Charming cozy cabin less than a mile from stunning Higgins Lake and a short 4 mile drive to Houghton Lake. Family and pet friendly, our home is ready for you to make wonderful northern Michigan memories or have yourself a relaxing and peaceful retreat.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).No pets are allowed on any furniture at any time.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:This is our family home and we wish for it to be treated with love and care. Please leave shoes at the door. Lock up when you’re not here..Pets must be house trained, kept off of all furniture, and all poop must cleaned up and disposed up before check out.,We are on a septic system. No food down drain. Nothing but septic safe toilet paper can be flushed even if labeled “flushable”. Nice Place!
The place was clean and well maintained. Furniture was as pictured but was a little to low to the ground for us to relax and feel comfortable while lounge around the house but it all was very well decorated and we enjoyed our stay.
