This was my third stay at the Marriott Markham, and its location is very convenient with many Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel's decor is quite new and modern, and the rooms are spacious enough with large beds, making for an overall comfortable experience. The front desk staff were excellent, very polite and enthusiastic. However, this time I noticed that the room cleaning wasn't meticulous enough, with dust in many spots that hadn't been properly cleaned. The room's view was also very poor, looking directly at the apartment building across the street and the driveway below. Being on a low floor made it feel quite oppressive. The parking lot is in the building across the street, which is a bit inconvenient, and it costs $20 per day. Despite these points, I would still highly recommend it overall; it's one of the newer hotels in Markham.

Location was very central to all the food places around Markham. It felt very safe. Parking was in a separate building - just in case if you’re driving. Suite was big, clean and tidy. Will return again.

No doubt this is the best in the areas. Loved the location, cleanliness and service. Would appreciate even more if the water in the shower is stronger and the faucet in the adjacent wall to allow more space to move around without hitting the faucets.

Normally check in time is at 3pm fortunately our room was available so we can check in earlier. Staff at reception were very politely and friendly. We were a group of 3 adults and reserved a two queen room which was tidy and towels were clean. Surely we will consider to stay at this hotel again if we plan to travel next time.
