Almena Hotel

I will start off with the good things, which should be quite brief. The location is excellent for food , beach, and shopping. The room cleaners were polite, friendly and efficient. And now I move on to the less pleasant aspects. To be fair, I arrived about 4:00 in the morning. However I still think I should have had more in the way of an introduction to the amenities. Nothing was said to me about the location of the swimming pool, the availability of food and drink in that area, or the availability of a safe in my room. Several sockets did not function and the electricity kept turning itself off at the most inconvenient moments. I complained early about the lack of operational lights on my balcony and nothing was done about that. 2 or 3 days the water cut off overnight and I was unable to flush the toilet. The Wi-Fi continually cut out in the middle of me attempting to watch something. I ate at their Garden restaurant and I think that my lamb shish was made from the hide of a lamb having been treated as leather. The music in the restaurant also varied widely in character and some of it was intolerable. Several of the steps inside the room and in the hotel in general were near invisible and thus very treacherous. They were pleasant enough at reception but did not address any of these issues when I brought them up. There is no way on this planet that this is a three-star hotel!

it was good and friendly hotel.we checked in night they served sprits and coffees.room was cleaned,breakfast is very rich for a reduction hotel.but best choice is location.the hotel is heart of city.we will be back

kahvaltı servisi sıcak ve çeşitli garsonlar çok güler yüzlüydü odalar temizdi ekstra olarak hamam aldık çok memnun kaldık herkese çok teşekkür ederim bir sonraki gelişimde tercih edeceğim bir hotel…..

Temizlik sıfır, odalara pislikten girilmiyor.Her yer toz, leke.Balkondaki akarda sigara izmaritleri, Klozeti patlamış(şarıl şarıl yere su akıtıyor) ve fıskiye hortumu kopmus bir odayı bize hazır oda olarak verdiler.Bakımsızlıktan batan bir otel.Durumun personelle bir ilgisi yok, resepsiyondan Ufuk beye destekleri icin tesekkürler fakat yönetim berbat.Otelde kalan insanın aradıgı cok sey yoktur.Temizlik, güler yüz vs. 1 TL ye bile kalınmayacak bir işletme.Yazık böyle konuma, böyle yönetim yakışmıyor.

The aircondition kept so bad noise that it was impossible to use. Toilet bin was leaking all the time. Shower was horrible, and dirty

Absolutely disgusting. doors and windows didn't lock, carpets were stained black, the aircon wasnt working and after many complaints still was not sorted at all so every night was hot, we also had around 6 powercuts, the food we ended up eating out as it was olives, chips and peppers for breakfast everyday and for tea was one set meal of rice and salad and a meatball again same everyday. The staff themselves even say how poor the standard is in the hotel, the owner apparently knows all of this but isnt bothered aslong as he gets his money off the tourists, there words not mine. The maintenance there wasn't any, the cleaner came in to our room 3 times in 2 weeks and only changed the bedding and towels, not one bit of actual cleaning and didn't even supply toilet roll. In marmaris as soon as it hits the tourist season they up the prices by 5x, this is no exaggeration. Its more expensive in Marmaris then it is in the uk. All the locals told me this is what happens. Very bad stay, very bad place. Also the beach is so packed with sunbeds you can barely see the sand. Rip off country. The place isnt the same anymore.
