All over nice place, the kids loved the tennis court/basketball court, nice BBQ area near pool. Be aware that some units do not have lift facility ours didn't, so it was 30 stairs. The air-conditioning was great but windows didn't have flyscreens so unable to take advantage of cool breezes, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lovely big lounge but the dining table set was the higher table and bar chairs which were not comfortable to dine at especially for those of us who are of shorter status so other than lounge no other comfortable chairs

Good location, good size rooms with good facilities, even had washing machine & dishwasher in room. Pool was nice & warm.

Had an enjoyable stay at Kalua. After hours check in and out was easy. Two entrances to the beach just across the road and walking distance to either Alex or Maroochy lifeguard supervised beach sections. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with a nice little view of the ocean. Was a quiet area. Would happily stay here again, affordable rates for a comfortable apartment right near the beach. Thankyou!!

Everything was to our satisfaction, although the bed could do with replacing as very saggy and we both ended up in middle, so not comfortable

Location was very good and secure parking was provided. Bed was comfortable and shower was very hot.
However there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, no aircon for bedrooms - and the ceiling fans were in the rooms were very loud if you used them on a high setting. Also there was crease dripping from the cooktop exhaust fan.
