The hotel was great, but we weren't allowed into the room a minute earlier. That was a minus point. We had to wait 2 hours in the hotel lobby. The service was great. Also in the restaurants. Even in between there was something delicious. We will be happy to come back. But you should stay at least 2 nights.

Cute garden, staff were nice.
My main concern was the room i was given right near reception appeared to be because i was a solo female traveller. This made it very noisy and hard to rest
The balcony door could not be closed properly. Had maintenance in for an hour when i was ready for sleep for a temporary fix. But didnt stay fixed. No hairdryer in the room and very hard beds.

Excellent hotel reasonably priced. Our flight was not till the evening but we could use all the facilities even after the midday check out. Food was great. Beverages were not the best but for the price this was expected!

Amazing staff, huge variety of lovely food, great facilites and location right in the middle of Marrakesh. I usually never visit the same place twice but I will be coming back here.

All-inclusive option was great. Real meal with great quality not junk food. Different types of fresh meat, fish, chicken and …… each day. Great service.
Room and corridors need attention.
Common area was clean and nice.
Great staff in all areas.
Be careful about scams in bazar, Google scams to be aware of.

On first impressions this seems a great hotel. Decent size room and dining options. Bed very comfortable and helpful reception staff. We went to book activities and they were all full. We did attend the Moroccan evening but we were directed to the wrong area of the hotel so after the third attempt of finding it seats were full. On our last day we went to return to our room to collect our bags ready to go and get our airport transfer. Our room key didn’t work. The cleaner tried to help and her key card didn’t work either. We went to reception three times before they escorted us to our room to help us and realised that their key card didn’t work either. Our transfer was asked to wait until we could get into our room. Very stressful. Eventually someone broke into the back of the room and opened the door. In our haste of grabbing our bags to make our flight I forgot my toothbrush. I subsequently emailed the hotel and asked them to send it to me. I never received a response. So disappointed with hotel overall.

What are you looking for? With an all-inclusive package, this experience was more “European Enclave” than Moroccan but after a week in the medinas in various cities, this resort was a breath of fresh air.
