I defy anyone who says this beautiful building is easy to find! The access, on first arriving ,quite daunting through a labyrinth of alleys so be prepared if you get claustrophobic- The signage could be improved somewhat. The building is amazing ( like a little palace) but not recommended for anyone with mobility issues as stairs involved for all levels are tiled and some steep and narrow. Food/drink menu is limited Negatives out of the way! All staff are friendly, extremely helpful and polite. The whole place is spotless -each area is cleaned daily . Our room very comfortable, fresh towels daily, toiletries replaced and hair dryer available. Comfortable bed, a/c. Fresh flowers. Bottle of water. Rose petals on our bed on arrival was a nice touch. A very stylish Rooftop terrace a great way to start your day with a good breakfast - or after the bustle of the souks, or trip, relax with a book. We didn’t use the spa area or the pool. Attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed without being pushy - Sylvie, always ensuring we were ‘ok’. £: all trips arranged through the hotel and extra drinks etc paid cash, the rest was card. We exchanged some £ at the airport on arrival. I recommend doing this as at the time, the working ATM Machines were in the main square. A good walk away. If we returned to Marrakesh I would stay again, if I could find it! Thank you so much to Sylvie, and the team - it was certainly an experience to remember
