I booked a room, made a mistake with the date, wrote to them, they didn't respond, tried calling, the phone was unavailable, and I couldn't get in touch at all. However, they sent me advertisements for their services and excursions.

It was not easy to find as the address given was not it n we had to ask ppl.The Raid is not as nice as in photo.Close to Medina .Breadfast is the usual Moroccan basic stuff.

great stay.
Clean and very convenient location. you can walk to everywhere you would want to visit. Whenever I go to Marrakech, i always have the Riad to arrange car pick up for me, so the driver would know where to drop off, and a luggage handler would come to pick us up and lead the way. The staff at the Riad are all very helpful and always friendly. Anything I requested are promptly responded.

Could use a bit of a cleaning. Had ants in my room.
Breakfast was limited and was ok quality.
The younger male counter clerk was really nice and helpful.

The riad is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. We highly recommend this riad. While it may be slightly overpriced, compared to other riads, it's still the best option available.
