Great hotel with a fantastic roof top pool. Room was cleaned to a very high standard and the staff were so wonderful Amal was the best! She was so attentive and caring, we loved our stay - thank you ever so much, we will be back

Bad experience, the check in suppose to be at 12 and the room wasn’t ready till 13:30. Then I didn’t receive towels until 18:00. The hotel has posted pictures on its website of fitness facilities but it has not fitness facilities at all. Black marks in the bath…Breakfast is poor not enough variety and lot of cats in the restaurant… I pay for this hotel because I thought it has a gym, but when I asked they said it hasn’t got one, even though they posted pictures on their website (picture attached). I’m very disappointed, I complained to the hotel and I haven’t received any response yet. They haven’t even taken the picture from their website.

Very friendly staff, hot water took awhile in the shower, good location. Went to the wrong hotel with a similar name twice

Decent view at rooftop pool Staff not the greatest there are some good ones Rooms not the greatest paid for king bed got two double beds. Would I recommend….. yes. The pool is nice

Horrible hotel, durty recepstion and very old fourniture. Breakfast was very very very poor, do not buy it. Location is very shabby and garbage around. Do not use this hotel, 4 stars is a lie, it doesn't deserve 2 stars.

I went in February and the hot water didn't work nor did the air conditioning, far from the center so you need a taxi... I wouldn't go back, but it has a nice terrace with a pool and views.

Honestly, the room was pretty good, quite spacious, quiet, however I had to pay €1.50 when I arrived, I gave €5 to the gentleman at reception and there he gave me the magic phrase, it's good, you won't have need change and leave the rest to me, I was going to leave him a tip but when you see that he is forcing himself to keep the change without giving the customer his hand then it becomes ridiculous
