Visited for my sister’s birthday and everything was beyond my expectations.Everything you could want you will find at this hotel. Absolutely my time here, amazing views, activities, food, facilities but most importantly exceptional service. Zizzo and Ahmed made the experience 100% better every night at the lobby bar. Wonderful Moroccan hospitality.

Zizo azdine and Ahmed were so great! They paid attention to detail! Always wearing a smile and always knew what myself, my family and friends loved to drink! Their customer service is very exceptional!!!! Zizo, to be specific always and all the time wore that smile and great great customer service! God bless! I have been a waitress before and I know what it takes to be a great hostess/waiter/ waitress!!!! Zizo and Ahmed are great!!!!!

Lovely service provided by zizo and Ahmed , a lovely ambience and overall a great experience would definitely love to come back . Drinks were amazing as well as the service and not to mention the entertainment provided, would 100% recommend everyone to come here . Thanks to the team!

Best ever sleep I've had on a hotel bed. Super clean room, hotel, restaurant and grounds. Pool staff were young, fun and intelligent. Pool was clean. Most of the restaurant staff were friendly with some needing a break themselves as they were miserable and inattentive. I enjoyed the food selection however the Moroccan dishes were not truly authentic. First time ever going to an adults only and I would most definitely return to this particular hotel as I was really impressed by everything. Just what you expect from a holiday. Fabulous.

We have traveled a bit over the last few years and this is the only place we have said we will return to next year. There is constant cleaning going on and the rooms are spotless. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you could wish for. There is nothing wrong with the drinks, we found them to be spot on. Staff are all very hard working and always cheerful. We found the front desk staff a little stand offish but everyone else amazing. Please note, you need a ticket from front desk to use the shuttle. There is plenty of choice with the food, fresh and well presented, you can eat as healthy as you wish. The pool bar is great at lunchtime (open from 10-6) I had a facial which was great, highly recommend. Entertainment is good if you enjoy this sort of thing but is a little lacking on the days when the weather is bad. There are a few cats here, they are looked after and not over friendly as staff do not encourage this in case other people do not like this. Personally I enjoyed them being around! It does not matter that you are out of town, you could go in the morning and stay until late at night if you wish. Excursions are very reasonable. We did the Atlas Mountains waterfalls, historic tour of Marrakech and went to essaouria, all highly recommended. We also went into the medina on the shuttle at half past 5 and came back at 9, DO THIS! the atmosphere was amazing. The hotel shop is great he even had throat sweets when my husband was poorly. We came for a rest and not to have to do anything and have got this and more. It’s not a UK five star hotel but you will not want for a thing while you are here and we highly recommend.

Amazing, staff friendly. Good cocktails. Lovely food. Tarik and Mahmoud 2 amazing staff who make you feel at home, good entertainment in the evenings will definitely be back, this hotel made our honeymoon and my 30th the best it could have been ❤️

Really lovely place. Nice food and good service. Staff very helpful. We liked the wine but some guests didn't- it's local but comparable to wines we'd have at home from Spain. The pools were cold (especially the quieter pool!) But that didn't stop us from going in. The spa experience (paid extra) was lovely and I enjoyed the full hamam experience. I liked the cocktails and food - lots of variety and local food options as well as stuff from home if you aren't as adventurous. Great place and will help you relax which we found was needed after a couple excursions into town (free shuttle bus) or a paid one into the mountains.

Zizo, ahmed, mohammed and mahmoud were very welcoming, helpful and extremely friendly. They definitely made our experience 100 times better and very grateful for them. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly. Wide variety of good quality food.
