The hotel was nice and good value. It had a nice pool with bar service. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice on the terrace. Location was a little away from the corso but easy to reach by car.

Group tour. Hotel room is fine. TV doesn't work at all. Shower good. Food diabolical. Maybe it because we are part of a group tour, but it was so bad. Pasta starter was actually very good, but all persons in the group were dished up differing amounts. Main course consisted of a small slice of cold veal in a marsarla sauce this two or three thin slices of cold courgette, and if lucky a cold slice of aubergine. But only cold as served on cold plates and the meals had been sitting there a while! Then the dessert came out. What a joke. Slices of orange with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top. Hands down to this hotel for the worse meal I've ever been served up. Cosmos holidays - please don't choose this hotel or ones like it again. Will probably put me off of touring with them again!

Large hotel with huge car park and seems out of place in its location surrounded by mainly electrical shops Modern rooms that are well maintained but need more plug sockets for modern travelling (believe hotel is 30+ years old) Recently refurbished bathroom but small cubicle on the shower itself Lovely new linen and towels but curtains definitely need replacing and didn’t pull properly, didn’t meet in middle and several hooks missing Wi-Fi very good Staff were really polite and helpful Lots of students staying when we were and they definitely need more lifts and more modern lifts Corridors have the automatic lights which are very slow to react Breakfast was good with the best fresh orange juice we had in all of Sicily. Better than usual coffee from their machines, good choice of bread, cakes and pastries (too good as too many and ate lots), fresh fruit and yoghurt

We spent a night at this hotel while travelling across Sicily and found it to be convenient and comfortable. Hotel rooms are quiet, clean and have all the amenities necessary. A good continental breakfast is available. There is also free WiFi and parking available on the premises. Staff are courteous and helpful. It is about a 20 minute walk to the city centre or a short car / taxi ride. Overall, the hotel was good value for money.

I arrived on 03/28/2022 at the hotel to stay there during an educational trip, despite having paid like all the other customers we were treated like we were second class, just because students. The rooms, small and outdated, were found with a veil of excess dust. In addition, the breakfast buffet is sp****, has a decent selection of desserts and a very limited salty offer.

We stayed in this hotel 3 days on an organized tour. Spacious and clean room and in general the whole hotel was very clean anyway. The swimming pool is beautiful, very large and with many support beds. For breakfast, nothing was missing: homemade cakes, mini croissants with every filling, fresh fruit, yogurt, rusks, real biscuits and drinks of all kinds. Let's say that the hotel reflects the category. The doors in my humble opinion were recycled, also because the room had been enlarged using plasterboard, so I let you imagine the soundproofing.
