Great location with bus stop just outside gate, buses to city and to different shopping centres (different busses) enjoyed the pool and cleaning staff very helpful

The location is not good. Adjacent to Sunnybank Plaza. 
But the road outside is noisy, making it difficult to sleep.
Cleanliness could have improved as there were dead cockroaches.
The facilities are starting to become dilapidated.
