Make sure to pick a room facing the Old Port and Notre-Dame de la Garde Basilica. Open the window, and there it is, right in front of you. Enjoy a drink on the balcony in the evening – so relaxing! The service is just okay though. In some rooms, the toilet or bathtub has a strange odor coming from it.

The room was quite spacious, likely converted from an older building. I especially loved the window, which had a real sense of history. The hotel is right across from the coastline, and it was very quiet. I really enjoyed it.

The hotel is quite upscale, and the rooms are spacious enough. The outdoor restaurant offers great views, and breakfast is abundant. However, you have to drag your luggage up a tall flight of stairs to reach the lobby, and you have to climb those stairs every time you enter or leave.

Located near Marseille's Old Port and not too far from the train station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming; it would be even better if they offered Chinese language service. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the quality was excellent.

This hotel offers a seaside ambiance with a Mediterranean flair. The rooms are well-equipped, and the breakfast on the rooftop is particularly unique, with stunning views. It's perfectly suited for a honeymoon and an excellent choice for a vacation.

Huge thanks to the incredibly friendly staff at the InterContinental Marseille! They kindly upgraded us to a suite for free, and the bellhop who brought our luggage up mentioned it was their largest room. Every time we stepped out into the hallway, we felt like we were staying in a grand manor. The hotel's location is perfect, and the building itself is stunning. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

I stayed at this hotel ten years ago, and the environment and facilities have been maintained reasonably well over the decade, but the rooms haven't been upgraded at all. The front desk staff offer professional smiles, but deep down they're cold; they're not even as welcoming as the valet parking attendants at the door. I'm not sure where these service staff get their sense of superiority from. If you have other options, you might want to consider another place.

The hotel proactively upgraded our room. After we checked in and stored our luggage, we went out for some shopping. When we returned, the front desk staff had changed shifts, and they told us they couldn't find our reservation in the system. I broke out in a cold sweat! We explained that we had already checked in and our luggage was stored there. Fortunately, an experienced staff member nearby opened a drawer, pulled out our room key, and informed us that our room had been upgraded.

Excellent! The hotel is housed in a grand old building that has been meticulously renovated. The front desk and parking attendants provided great service. When I was having a beer at the restaurant, I asked a staff member about Bouillabaisse, and a short while later, they brought me a note with three nearby restaurant recommendations. As soon as you drive up to the lobby, staff members are there to take care of parking and other services. The location is fantastic, directly facing the Old Port and just across the square.
