The location and room hygiene are good. There is no counter service staff, no on-site service staff. You need a key to enter and exit the hotel, which is similar to a serviced apartment.

The location is okay, close to a large shopping mall. The air conditioner in the room broke down one night, and there is a big exhaust fan just outside the window... I can't stand the rest. There is no elevator and the luggage can only be moved up and down. It's unbearable.
Parking is free, which is the only advantage.

Very convenient and reasonably priced. Lots of free parking and dinner downstairs in the pub is great. Can be noisy when there is a function on, but not a big issue.

Good hotel for a short stay
Good clean rooms. Bistro is not what it used to be. Very basic now. I can see why it was almost empty.

Lovely spacious and clean room that provides everything needed for short stay. Comfy bed, great shower, easy parking and convenient bistro and bar. Helpful and friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. Will stay again - highly recommend

Lots of street noise and noise from kitchen extraction fan close to window. Bed / mattress not comfortable.
