This was a good value room. The room & linens were clean, but I felt like there had been a smoker in the room previously (although it wasn't *that* bad) and the carpets could have been a bit cleaner. The check-in was easy (by video). The 4th floor did not have lights in the corridor, so we needed a flashlight. The breakfast offered in my booking stated 10 CHF, but at check-in we were told 15, so we opted out. I didn't look at it to decide whether it would have been worth it. The shower was great, which was nice because we had just finished hiking. The location of the hotel is perfect if you're catching a train/bus & there is a supermarket & plenty of restaurants close by. I only wish the room had an electric jug/kettle.

Excellent experience! Great value for money! The hotel is within 5 min walk from the town center and railway station, where Mont Blanc Express begins its journey to Chamonix Mont Blanc area. Quiet location, fabulous breakfast and very attentive staff. Though tele-check in was a surprise :) Highly recommend! Natalia Belgium

Betten und gastronomisches Angebot waren gut, im Badezimmer gab es keinen Duschvorhang oder keine Abtrennung zur Dusche, so dass das ganze Waschbecken und der gesamte Baderaum nass wurde.

Réservation catastrophique! Ma réservation, faite 2 mois auparavant, a été annulé en raison de travaux dans l’immeuble 3 jours avant. 3 mois plus tard, j’attends toujours le remboursement ! De plus, le SAV se fait à l’étranger, je suis passé dans l’hôtel mais il n’y a qu’une webcam pour discuter avec quelqu’un qui se trouve au Maroc.

Es war ein 08/15 Hotel. Sauber, funktional, aber mehr auch nicht. Die Betten waren ok, das Zimmer groß, die Lage ist ordentlich. Nichts besonders gutes, aber auch nichts erwähnenswert schlechtes. Preis Leistung waren in Ordnung.

Alles in allem ordentlich, angemesser Preis, Frühstück sehr gut ich wurde sehr nett bedient. Buchungsvorgang eher mühsam, eMail erst nach Tagen beantwortet. Aber alles gepasst am Ende! Im Zimmer war vorher geraucht worden aber bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen und geöffnetem Fenster war das kein Problem
