Les Sources de Caudalie

We just retuned to Les Sources De Caudelie for the 2nd time in 2 years and again, had a phenomenal time. This gorgeous resort is tucked away in the middle of a vineyard around a 20 minute drive from Bordeaux. The resort itself is fully complete from having an indoor pool and spa to 3 excellent restaurants. Their public sitting rooms and bars are all cozy and inviting. All of the buildings are made out of wood giving a look of elegant farmhouses. Bicycles are offered for free so that you can ride through the nearby vineyards. The rooms are located in the main building and in an adjacent building steps away from the main house. Our room was in the adjacent building on the first floor with a small terrace facing the pond and vineyards. It was there that we sat each night before dinner and had our wine and cheese. In fact, we loved this room so much on our first trip that we purposely requested a similar room when booking our second visit, and they found a way to give us the same exact room as before. Our room was spacious, with a sitting area and a very comfortable bathroom. The decor had a country French look to it and was kept immaculately clean during our 3 night stay. Turn down service was offered every night. As to the staff and service, wow!!! Every employee from the check in clerk, to the house keeping staff, to the restaurant personnel, were always so pleasant and eager to make sure we were having a good time. One of the evenings, we were in the lobby getting our key to go back to the room after a long day out, and mentioned to our friends that we forgot to buy bread for our nightly wine and cheese event. Well, 15 minutes later, one of the chefs from the restaurant, shows up at our door, dressed in his kitchen attire, with a freshly baked baguette!!! Les Sources De Caudelie is a definite 5 star gem that will not disappoint. We will obviously return.

What a truly special place! Felt as if we stepped onto the property of an estate with several guest houses. The staff was wonderful, friendly, warm and helpful. The room was beautiful, amenities top notch, property full of charm. The Michelin Star restaurant and bistro were both incredible as was the breakfast. We will definitely return! Beautiful property and winery.

Spent Mother’s Day at the spa with my friend. Services be Ninon and Cecile (Manager) were completed with excellence and extra care. The pool and spa a were also a delight A must visit especially after a long previous Day visiting Chateaus in the Loire region

A must visit! Very unique and classy winery and spa resort in a secluded location. We rode the bikes on preises through the resort's coutnryside. Really gorgeous! The food was magnificent and the staff were so kind efficient. Thank you to al!
