Convenient location just one bus stop from sydney domestic Airport and 2 stops from international flight terminal. Clean and stylish suite. The breakfast has coffee brewer to serve fresh hot coffee which you should not miss. Better experiences than the one I stayed with Hilton near sydney opera house. Highly recommended.

Fabulous hotel and the reception staff are absolutely amazing.

The room is luxurious, stunning views. Staff is professional and helpful, they were also surprisingly welcoming^^. The hotel location is spot on also, convenient to airport, railway station, a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby, recommended for staying.

Average hotel for the price. Beds uncomfortable. Under renovation inside but this was not mentioned upon booking. Writing on the walks to mark out the renovation items and plastic covering the corridors. Not a great ambience.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Mascot for a reunion of friends and spouses, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s close to the airport, which makes it very convenient for people travelling from interstate or overseas. It’s also handy to the train station, so getting into the city or around Sydney is easy. For anyone needing a car, there’s a Green Motion car hire service located right within the hotel, offering early rentals and late returns. That after-hours flexibility is great — and it saves you the usual airport surcharge. The hotel itself isn’t particularly upmarket, but the service is friendly, professional, and accommodating. We had two dinners there and found the meals quite reasonable and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection, and there’s a proper barista making real coffee — not the usual machine-made version some places serve. A thoughtful touch in the lobby is the water fountain with fizzy, chilled, and room-temperature options — perfect for refilling bottles and a nice environmentally friendly feature. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with capsule coffee that’s reasonably good. A microwave would be a welcome addition for guests staying longer. Overall, a convenient, friendly, and well-equipped hotel. I’d happily recommend it for both business and leisure travellers.

Stay only a night due to flight cancel. Good hotel, nice room, comfy bed, friendly staff! Walking distances to all restaurants places (mainly Asian).
