Great resort, excellent staff throughout. Pool is nice - lovely atmosphere. There's a quiet pool too should you prefer that. Pool bar was good. Food was excellent. Breakfast and Dinner was plentiful and always freshly cooked. Snacks in between meals were also great and freshly made. International Animation team (Blue team) were superb. Naomi in particular. There's a French animation team who will say hello and little more if you're not booked in through Club Lookea. A lot of the entertainment is in French primarily but when it's dancing and music, it's not too much of a concern. Bar staff in the main bar were always great fun and hard working.

Very nice resort. Our bungalow was renovated and spacious, two bedrooms: one with 2 single beds, one with huge double bed (very comfortable). Living room with sofa and a kitchen. Ouside terrace with a table and chairs, very nice in the evening. Cleaning is well done. Two swimming pools, the main one could be bigger, sometimes it was crowded (during fitness and other entertainments). It was easy to get sunbed in the morning, later it was harder but always possible to find one or two available. Pool towels are available for a deposit of 10 eur each but very good quality. Various and very good food. Freshly prepared fishes and meats every day. Good variety of vegetables and fruts. Beach shuttles available in the morning 9-12 (to the beach) and in the afternoon 13-17 (back). Very nice walk to the beach (about 20 minutes) and to the shopping/restaurant area. Car rental stand in the hotel. Easy way to rent a car, very convenient as car keys are returned on the reception at any time in the evening. Plenty of parking spaces outside the hotel.

Fabulous! Arrived 31st July 2025. Did have an initial problem with our room but it was sorted out promptly. New rooms very clean and near to pool. Food amazing, different theme each night, lots of choice available also a kids food area. Lots of activities for all ages. Lots of space and beds around the pools. The free bus to the beach a good idea but the actual beach is a sandy beach but rocks in the sea so can bang legs etc but still clean and busy. Lovely hotel would definitely return!

No problem with room very nis and clean But the TV dos not work and no Wifi in room nobody wats to no man cam to fix 24h ago back in 10 minutes still waiting

The very kind waiter Sander and Matou, Alina and Montse really made our stay unforgettable. They are the kindest people we met. So sweet for kids and very helpful with everything. Nice entertainment and camel ride and beach nearby. Very comfortable for kids! Cosy rooms. We had a very lovely stay and will come back.

The hotel is 20 min walk from the beach and The Dunas via the river side . If you go out at night you can catch a bus for €1.40 into the Promenade. The hotel provided an excellent variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner . Special mention to Jorge that welcome me to every meal and to Esther. Michel at reception recommended different tours of the island. Ilario was a great guide with lots of knowledge of the Dunes vegetation and paths and Daniel was very easy to talk to . I found everyone very friendly and welcoming

Just got home from a 2 week holiday, the hotel is lovely, clean, but full of French people, and I felt that if wasn't involved in anything. Hosts everything French, music for the French. Food was ok, a lot of pasta and pizza every night no matter what the theme night was. Twice I was cooked raw chicken so started eating out. I would not return Didn't feel welcomed at all because I feel it was because I am English

Perfect Hotel with a family. Good food and they clean the room everyday. Also the activity’s are good. There is entertainment for the french people and from the hotel itself. Specially Bastalex from de Dunas entertainment group is a great guy and entertain all the people when there are activity’s
