Fbc Fortuny Resort - Adults Only

Only home since last wk unfortunately due to family member bn sick wed to shorten r stay we really LOVED the quiet and tranquil vide in the hotel I was happy we’d chosen an adults only place .Staff r caring kind and really hard working the hotel is SPOTLESS .Food in restaurant is good the only NEGATIVE I give on the restaurant is THE CATS wondering around while ur eating discusting .A big shout out to both JOSE AND TOM at reception helping me in any way as to makin sure I got my refund because of having to return home early 10/10 to them both .The resort is a lil bit away from things the hotel needs to stock up supermarket better and for the sake of the GUESTS enjoying times in restaurant THE MANAGEMENT need to hire more staff for restaurant 2 hrs to get 2 courses is just not on .One staff in kitchen and one on floor with restaurant full and also online orders comin in from rooms also is just not acceptable the staff were clearly RAN OFF THEIR FEET .The pool bar is of no significance to the guests as uve to come into main bar/restaurant to let staff no ur at pool bar NOT MANNED full time .Air con in rooms only r room was upstairs .I loved the fact u could what’s app reception rather than goin down to any of ur requirements we got 2 beach towels for r stay and they can b changed twice a wk .Loved the sunbeds directly outside of r room although we didn’t have pool view we were happy where we were .Over all enjoyed r stay would stay again for definite .

What a lovely, tranquil place to stay. We had two weeks there in August and you wouldn't think it was peak season it was so peaceful. Good points: staff excellent and attentive, sunbeds always available, grounds spotless and tidy, restaurant food was good, 24 shop which sold the basics, rooms clean and pool warm. WiFi was ok, not great but still adequate I can't really find any other major faults, a little far from the main nightlife but only appx €7 in a taxi or lots of buses available 2 mins walk from the bungalows so it was no big deal. The entertainment noise from a neighbouring hotel was unnecessarily loud in the evening but was over by 11pm, again, it wasn't an issue as we were out most evenings. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, a special thanks to the receptionist staff who always had time for a chat and who gave me a room near the pool as requested due to my mobility not being great at the time. Pros- kid free, generally you don’t need to get your towels down before 8 am, shop is open 24/7, staff are excellent. Accommodation is excellent, location is excellent- cons- WiFi is terrible, to write this review in my last week, I’m having to hotspot my husband’s WiFi, terrible connection!, some native customers have visiting guests, which take up the sun beds. If the life guard is off duty- people smoke around the pool area- annoying!… but the life guard is such a lovely/ helpful man!- all residents have their own sun beds- but unlike me, our beds are in the shade all day, even though we have a pool side apartment!, annoying!.. but we managed.

Beautiful, clean resort, pool very inviting and plenty of sun loungers. This is our first ever adults only hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the resort is very peaceful. The restaurant serves delicious meals at reasonable prices and the cocktails are amazing! The air con in the bedroom is an added bonus, could do to be downstairs too! The kitchen was ok, if you need any utensils all you have to do is what’s app the staff. The cleaners come at your request and the resort provides towels for the pool. Outside there is a taxi rank that will take you to the lighthouse, restaurants and bars for around €5. At the lighthouse there is a rank to get a taxi back. To walk to the beach it is around 20 mins. We walked most days and got a taxi back. Good shop straight across the roundabout.

Absolutely perfect. Clean, peaceful, beautiful. I stayed with my mum for a week in February and it was an absolute dream. I hope that I’m able to return it’s truly a taste of paradise. Staff really friendly. For us the location was perfect a little away from the hustle and bustle it’s only a short taxi ride to the resort centre. Fresh bread from the shop every morning was delightful all of the staff are an absolute pleasure and the food from the chillout bar was always great.

Really nice clean and quiet resort. Adults only which was great for us. The little bungalows were lovely with our own sunbeds. And the whole experience was very relaxed and restful apart from one rude and inconsiderate guest who insisted on running his business from next to the pool with his phone on speaker. Would definitely stay here again though. The beach is walkable with many restaurants and bars nearby. Taxi rank within 50 metres from the resort.

This is our 3rd visit to Fortuny Resort, and it has been wonderful! Genuinely lovely staff, great apartment ( 701) is nice as you are on a corner with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Pool area is pretty, with your own sun beds just on the patio area which is great! The Restaurant in the Fortuny Resort is also very nice and is open for when you arrive late, which is really helpful. If you are looking for a low key, relaxing, chilled out holiday, then I highly recommend…… Looking forward to returning again in May 2025…….
