預計會晚到，提前通過攜程聯繫了酒店，酒店表示可以接待。但實際到的時間已經將近晚上10點了，本以為會把鑰匙放在信箱中自助入住，沒想到老伯一直在等。心很暖心。

房間倒是很美，就是被子都不透氣，空調製暖不錯，但是蓋被子熱不蓋被子冷。可以借dvd看指環王各種電影。

This Motel was a real find. The room was spotless and the Motel was well maintained, with a great childrens playing area and pool. A very easy walk to the centre of town. The staff were so friendly and the owner was kind enough to let us store our bikes in his lock up shed. This is a gem in Matamata and we would highly recommend this Motel to future travellers.

This was our second stay here. It’s a great stay for visiting Hobbiton. You can walk to grocery stores and restaurants (truly just a couple minutes out the door). We used the on site laundry (coin operated and appreciated) and took advantage of the pool. At first we thought, “Oh no…this cupcake of a bed is so soft we’ll never walk again” and then in the morning marveled at what great sleep we got. For what it is—this place is perfect: there’s a kitchenette, it’s clean, owners are attentive, and all is well!

Booked last minute and Diann & Tony Voyce were so helpful and welcoming. The whole place is amazing with lovely well maintained gardens, outdoor areas, large outdoor play area. Immaculate and great value, close to all shops - my number 1 place to book now.

The room was fantastic! Comfy beds, nice and clean! And the shower is amazing! Diann is so kind and accommodating, and she had a great recommendation for a restaurant in town. Pool and spa were on site, with towels available to use. EV was available close by to the office as well.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this Awesome family motel highly recommend for families with children with a wonderful playground and toys while mum and dad sit on the patio and watch them play. swimming pool and spa available to use Clean unit with comfy beds and just over all great set up & little kitchenette set up , washing machine & dryer on site.
