Hotel is so pretty and the view is stunning when you open the door. Matera is one of my favourite cities in Italy. Worth to stay at this hotel when visiting Matera and then you must be impressed by the city atmosphere. Next time I will stay at least for 2 nights to explore the city. What’s more, hotel staff introduced us one nearby restaurant which was so yummy. Thanks so much for her recommendation.

The hotel is located in the ancient city of Matera. The hotel's lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms are all designed with the original characteristics of the cave. When I open the wooden windows in the room, I can see the landmark architectural landscape of the ancient cave city. The room is fully heated. If it is time If enough, you can make an appointment for a SPA. It is very convenient to go out and visit the ancient city.

The suite is large, new and clean. It is on the hillside overlooking the entire Matera. The location is excellent, and it is very close to everything.

The hotel is lovely and the staff wonderful.
We were "upgraded" to a terrace room, which unfortunately was not a cave room as we had hoped to stay in. The hotel is named Cave Luxury Hotel after all.

This hotel epitomises an authentic Matera experience, something we earnestly yearned for and thoroughly enjoyed.
The hospitality was exemplary, especially owing to Roberta, who welcomed us warmly upon check-in. Her organisation and coordination of our needs were impeccable, showcasing a caliber of professionalism akin to a five-star setting.
