The single room here was cheap, so I brought earplugs as a precaution. However, the noise in room 103 penetrated even the earplugs. The chamber of horror 103 is located directly above the kitchen of the café. The wall vibrates, and more beating noise invades through the window. The odour was suffocating, and it lingered all day. The only quiet time is between 15:00 and 16:00 when the check-in starts, coincident or not. You must pay the hotel fees in advance; thus, you are trapped. After the café is closed, there are still noises of the exterior air conditioners lined outside the wall of room 103. The room across with an old red window frame looked deserted. However, no one had mentioned the noise in the comment, probably because the rooms on the other side of the building seemed quiet. Also, room 103 has been recently renovated because every appliance looked brand new. I might have been one of the first guests placed in the chamber of horror. I also include a photo of their old reception desk, which used to be near the horror 103, but now it is relocated to a nearby hotel Del Rei. Maybe the manager may not know about the noise, or was I given room 103 because of my non-European appearance?

I arrived at the indicated location, I got tired of ringing the doorbell and calling for 45 minutes! Nobody helped me to provide the entry codes. I had to ask a man who was passing by who informed me that it is like this almost all the time, and to go to the other side of the street as they belonged to the same accommodation network. When I got there I questioned the man at check in who very calmly told me that the phone was not working, and that check in must always be carried out at that location, which has nothing to do with the description and address of what I rented. Anyway...I went to the room, and the bedspread was all dirty, the bathroom had other people's urine in the toilet...super small room. Horrible experience. The only thing that's good is the location.

Inadmissível a situação de não haver água quente. reclamei na receção e disseram para ligar para o número na entrada a reclamar da situação. Mais tarde vim a constatar que é uma situação recorrente neste estabelecimento. Reclamei mais tarde por e-mail e não resolveram e recusaram-se a dar uma compensação. O que é isto??? Já aqui tinha estado algumas vezes, mas não voltarei com certeza, pois não têm o mínimo de respeito pelo cliente e não sabem resolver problemas nem reclamações. O alojamento é básico, os quartos são pequenos, mas é confortável e muito bem localizado.

Boa localização, boa receção de funcionários e boas instalações. Pontos negativos: Edredão manchado, problemas com interruptores de eletricidade, sem água quente, ouvia-se tudo (outros quartos e rua), hóspedes duvidosos.

La Guesthouse est excessivement bien placée à deux pas du métro, du lidl, du macdo et de la plage :) Mais je recommande seulement pour un séjour de courte durée, en effet il manque des éléments cruciaux tels qu’un frigo ( trop important dans un pays où il fait très chaud ), une armoire ou encore une poubelle, manque qui devient problématique pour plusieurs jours. En revanche rien a dire sur la propreté des lieux, service de ménage quotidien. Dans l’ensemble c’est correct ✅

Las habitaciones son pequeñas (sobre todo las de la 2ª planta) pero cumplen su función si lo que buscas es un lugar dónde parar durante una estancia corta. Lo bueno: Muy limpio y cama cómoda (para nuestro gusto). Las principales pegas: Poca accesibilidad para personas con movilidad reducida y aislamiento sonoro entre habitaciones mejorable
