Os funcionários são atenciosos e o hotel é bem localizado, mas a mesa de trabalho não estava totalmente limpa. Achei que os carpetes deixam o quarto com cheirinho meio rançoso, de mofo. Essa experiência não foi muito agradável. Por fim, o café da manhã é mediano.

Tinha reservado um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, porem o hotel diponibilizou um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro e disse não poder efetuar a troca por indisponibilidade.
