It would be better if the tooth brush is softer and shower cap can be provided. Only two massage chairs are not sufficient for the whole hotel. Snacks after bath are fantastic.

Late-night soba noodles: Nice, very cozy. Natural hot spring "Ishi-no-yu" (free for guests): It gets quite crowded, so you need to go at the right time. Many hotels in Japan have this kind of facility, and it's really comfortable. Service: The front desk staff speak English, but not Chinese.

Great stay - good sized room. The onsen facilities were excellent especially the outdoor onsen. Never busy when I was there. Great breakfast too. Welcoming and helpful staff. Quiet at night. Easy access to the castle, shops and restaurants and about a 15 min walk from Matsuyama City station.

Excellent! The location is fantastic, right on Ookaido Street, meaning you can shop comfortably protected from both sun and rain. The onsen (hot spring bath) on the upper floor was exceptionally clean and delightful. They also offer free laundry washing, with drying available for 100 yen. Step right outside, and you'll find the tram station and a bustling food street. Virtually all of Matsuyama's highly recommended restaurants are within easy walking distance. Cannot recommend enough!

The location is excellent, very close to Kyoto Station, with bus stops and convenience stores nearby. We didn't order breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The complimentary evening snack was ramen, which was shrimp-flavored. The onsen (hot spring bath) was as comfortable as always, and the open-air bath was particularly relaxing! Cleanliness: Good Service: Excellent, and there was a staff member who spoke Chinese, which was very convenient.

I loved Dormy Inn's amenities: the on-site hot springs, complimentary ice pops, Yakult, and evening soba noodles. The service was very friendly, and there's even a free foot bath right outside the entrance. To get there: Take a ferry from Hiroshima Port to Matsuyama Port. Upon arrival, take a shuttle bus to Takahama Station. From Takahama Station, take the train to Otemachi Station (on this line, Umezu-dera Station is the second stop after Otemachi). Once you exit Otemachi Station, cross the road and catch the tram heading towards Dogo Onsen. Get off at Okaido (大街道), and the hotel is just a two to three-minute walk further in. The only minor improvement would be for the bedding and bathrobes to be as fresh and dry as the bath towels – that would make the experience absolutely perfect!

The experience was good enough the hotel and the food wasn’t too bad. The hot spring on the top floor is an absolute delight and we didn’t stay in the room much we were almost out, so it was just a place for us to rest our feet and get a good night sleep and that just did the trick. Everything was fine hotel staff were good. Everything was great.
