If you aren’t a smoker. This place isn’t for you. Everything smells strong of cigarettes but that’s to be expected for a business hotel. The room was clean and the amenities were great. Staff were helpful and parking was easy.

The facilities are very old and the rooms are small. If you are from JR Matsuyama Station, it is quite far from the hotel. Even from Matsuyama City Station, it is still a bit far, mainly because there are too many potholes on the road and it is not easy to drag luggage.

離松山城很近，隔壁似乎是個卡拉OK，但到了晚上十一點半就沒人唱歌了。 房間設定比較老舊，如果和我們一樣住的是最後一間的話，因為直接連通着總下水道，所以浴室裏會有下水道的味道反上來，比較臭。 雖然被單邊角有點輕微發黃，但那是老舊導致的，實際上都很乾凈。 收拾打掃房間的是老奶奶，前台是老爺爺，這似乎是個家族經營的。都很友善，希望大家不要太苛刻長者家們。
