It was okay! Nothing special. It was part of our honeymoon, I wrote it on the notes during the booking but there was no acknowledgment from the staff or done anything special for us.
Food was okay, definitely repeatjng buffet, nothing specials
Location is quite isolated but if you have a car it’s not that bad.

非常糟糕的體驗，我訂了5晚的酒店，然後第一晚到的晚沒有細看房間，第二天出門早也沒有細看，第二天晚上回來看到房間裏有非常非常多的螞蟻，我自己簡單處理了一下，第三天一早出門的時候讓酒店打掃了，結果還是很多螞蟻，第四天一早又讓打掃，並打電話告訴前台，下午回來又告知前台處理一下，他們用殺蟲噴霧噴了之後，還是無濟於事，而且我的耳朵也因為螞蟻問題導致過敏，所以我決定提前一天退房，並且在11點前就完成退房，結果被告知不能退最後一天的房費，説要給我換一間，讓我再體驗、並且推卸責任，説我帶食物在房間，讓攜程溝通多次後仍無法解決，拒絕退款，千萬不要住

My first experience and it was amazing thanks to Mr Irvin of Hsk dept and also Karuna and colleague at the reception who were very helpful. This has been a great decision to spend quality time with friends thanks to the amazing staff who makes it memorable. Would I go to this hotel? Yes Yes Yes definitely
